Untersuchungen zur räumlichen und zeitlichen Varianz von Temperatur und Luftfeuchte im Stadtgebiet von Halle

Abstract

WANIA, A.; FRÜHAUF, M.: Investigations on the spatial and temporale variability of temperature and atmospheric moisture in the city of Halle. - Hercynia N.F. 34 (2001): 13- 32. Some years ago investigations conceming the climate of the town Halle in East Germany (about 250000 inhabitants) had been started at the chair of Geoecology at the Martin-Luther-University. The principal aim of the investigation is to find out the influence of town structures and in this case especially the presence of naturelike elements on the parameters temperature and relative humidity. The aim of the paper is to show the results of a first evaluation of the mean day and month values and the day maximums and minimums over a period of 2 years. In spite of the short time of observation first differenciations in time and space could have been recognized. Already shown by a statistical test the differences between the 6 measure points became more distinct by comparising the graphs each other. In this connection it was recognized that differences are predominantly distinct in the time of summer.
