Die Moosgesellschaften des Naturschutzgebietes „Mühlberg“ bei Niedersachswerfen (Landkreis Nordhausen): 103. Beitrag zur Moosvegetation Thüringens

Marstaller, R.: The bryophyte communities of the nature reserve „Mühlberg“ near Niedersachswerfen (district Nordhausen). 103th contribution of the bryophyte vegetation of Thuringia. – Hercynia N.F. 38 (2005): 89 – 111.In the nature reserve “Mühlberg”, situated in the gypsum karst area of the southern Harz mountains near Niedersachswerfen (district Nordhausen, Thuringia, Germany), the flora and vegetation of bryophytes have been recorded. Significant there are communities of the basiphytic alliances Grimmion tergestinae, Grimaldion fragrantis, Ctenidion mollusci, Neckerion complanatae and of the neutrophytic or acidophytic alliances Pleurozion schreberi, Dicranellion heteromallae, Dicrano-Hypnion, Tetraphidion pellucidae and Bryo-Brachythecion. All bryophyte communities are represented by numerous records in 13 tables. In total, 34 communities and 189 bryophyte species (30 liverworts, 159 mosses) have been found.
