| Abstract: | Records of Edwardsiana rhodophila (CER.), a typhlocybid leafhopper, are given, with remarks on distribution,habitat, host plant, and taxonomy. The species, hitherto known only from mountainous areas in Greece, thesouthern Alps, the Pyrenees and eastern Spain, occurs locally in eastern and southern Germany. Sweet Briar(Rosa rubiginosa L.) is the hostplant, mainly on dry and open plateaus and hillsides. |
